[Bug 723483] [NEW] Package fails to configure and hangs if hostname not resolvable

Binary package hint: rabbitmq-server

Reproduced in: Maverick, Natty
When trying to install rabbitmq-server if the hostname is not resolvable (or not present in /etc/hosts) the package will hang fover waiting on the hostname to resolve to an IP address.
This is a very common scenario in cloud instances (both EC2 and UEC)
