The ppa at https://launchpad.net/~serge-hallyn/+archive/libvirt-mav has
64-bit versions as well.  You should be able to just

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:serge-hallyn/libvirt-mav
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade

to install them
