Hi,

could you explain what release you are on, what your /etc/init/libvirt-
bin looked like before, and what exactly went wrong?

I.e. my guess is that this is a duplicate of bug 708172, and you are on
an older release for which the fix has not yet been SRU'd.  Is that
correct?
