Kipton, I'm sorry that this bug was allowed to expire, even though you
responded. It would appear that there may be issues with running
backuppc on a reiserfs root.

Are you still having the problem? If so, can you please try

sudo ls -l /var/lib/backuppc
(I know you tried ls -l /var/lib/backuppc before, but you will need the sudo to see the contents of that dir.

Changing back to Incomplete.
