[Bug 827681] [NEW] Cobbler does not generate pxelinux.cfg files for ARM

Public bug reported:

Cobbler does not generate pxelinux.cfg files for cobbler when adding
systems/profiles. For this reason, ARM Images are unable to PXE boot.

Additionally, u-boot does not support pxelinux.cfg files in the way of
01-<MAC address>. which is the standard. THis is likely to be fixed in
u-boot in the future though.

However, as a work around it would make sense to create a pxelinux.cfg
file in the way of <MAC address in uppercase> for ARM purposes.
