Hi Jose,

Please, could you try running this? 
  $ testparm -s --parameter-name='disable netbios' 
  $ echo $?

First command should output info about your smb.conf file, and "echo $?"
should return 0 or 1, which indicates if the previous command (testparm)
succeeded or failed.

Please, let me know if you find any problems doing that.
