[Bug 820968] [NEW] nova-objectstore runs as root

Public bug reported:

Upstart script was not upgraded when nova-objectstore was changed. It
ignores the --uid parameter and therefore runs as root. It needs to be
fixed to drop the --uid stuff and use the common way.
