Statement of Impact: The last SRU update for fixing bug #623342
introduced a regression that was fixed upstream. I have backported from
the samba git tree.  I have attached the debdiff which fixes this bug.

How to reproduce:

1. Install the lucid samba update
2. Restart winbindd
