Sorry about some delay.

Actually, the computer itself is gone now due to some hardware failures,
so i don't have access to logs. And also i cant reproduce "bug" on my
current PC.

I think it is reasonable to consider this case closed. Also, i think,
true reason was kind of hardware problem or something like that.
