Public bug reported:

The default security group of a user can not be deleted with admin
privileges. E.g.

$ euca-describe-groups | grep davidchen
GROUP   davidchen       default default group
PERMISSION davidchen default ALLOWS tcp 22 22 FROM CIDR 0.0.0.0/0

There is no unique name for the (deleted) user davidchen's default
group.
