Binary package hint: tftp-hpa

installing tftpd-hpa works.
I am able to GET files (from /var/lib/tftpboot) using tftp client on another computer (both are Ubuntu)
PUT does not work, it returns error:
"Error code 1: File not found"

This is not that the client side can't find file, because is I try to
put a file that does not exists, I get: "No such file or directory"

So - plain-installed tftpd-hpa is unable to receive files for some
reason - maybe /var/lib/tftpboot rights ?
