[Bug 663161] [NEW] clamav-freshclam does not set the proxy username and password

When I install Ubuntu 10.04 from scratch and give my proxy's hostname, port, http username and password for the proxy then /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf just contains the proxy's hostname and port, not the username or password.

When I configure a system wide proxy on my Ubuntu 10.04 desktop via from
"System -> Einstellungen -> Netzwerk-Proxy" (German locale) and hit
apply then nothing of that is applied to /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf

To get the desired into in /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf either either have to edit manually or run a
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure clamav-freshclam
