Upgrading to 10.10 amd64 causes a 403 error (Forbidden) on every attempt
to execute a php page.
The starting environment before the upgrade is:
Lighttpd-1.4.26-1.1ubuntu3
php5-cgi-5.3.2-1ubuntu4.5
