Hmm, one more this morning but its on the clamd executable

but its probably the same problem, just havent done the apparmor_parser
-r on clamd config.

just done 
apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.clamd 
Replacement succeeded for "/usr/sbin/clamd".
