[Bug 654556] [NEW] Samba if-up script is incorrect.

Binary package hint: samba

Since samba has moved to upstart the /etc/network/if-up.d/samba is no
longer correct. It tries to restart a init script that is no longer
avaiable. Fix to come shortly.
