Hi Takey, thanks for taking the time to file this bug report and help us
make Ubuntu better!

The DpkgTerminalLog.txt suggests that the details of what caused
rabbitmq to fail will be in /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_log

This error message suggests that 
Setting up rabbitmq-server (1.7.2-1ubuntu1) ...
Starting rabbitmq-server: FAILED - check /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_log, _err
rabbitmq-server.
invoke-rc.d: initscript rabbitmq-server, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing rabbitmq-server (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Can you please upload that file, and any others in that directory that
might help us understand what caused this failure?
