Please sync gwt 1.6.4-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has approved our package. The one different thing is in debian/rules:
- Ubuntu: /usr/lib/java/swt-gtk-3.5.1.jar 
- Debian: /usr/share/java/swt.jar
However, package built fine and I guess that we can drop this change.

  * Port existing ubuntu package to debian. 
  * Bumped build-dependency to libswt-gtk-3.5-java from 3.4
