Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: vsftpd
The ftp server vsftpd seems to have a memory leak.
When i'm connecting to my vsftpd server, with the tool kio-ftps (used in Dolphin) and the command "ftps://name@domain.com", grows the memory usage (1 or 2 MB/s). If I stop the vsftpd server, the memory usage will fall.
I think this is a problem of wrong login. The kio-ftps tool hasn't asked for a password.
In the Logs there are up to 14 connects per second.
I'm using ubuntu 10.04 server (Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS).
Version of vsftpd is 2.2.2-3ubuntu6 0
** Affects: vsftpd (Ubuntu)
