[Bug 680694] [NEW] shares-admin command does not realize that samba is already installed

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When I run the command shares-admin to configure samba, the window that
comes up continually asks me to install the required services. When I
tell it to install samba, the window asking me to install the required
services comes right back up. Even though samba is installed, it does
not realize it. If you hit cancel, it will only let you share via nfs.
There is still no samba option.
