I had a similiar problem and I solved it with:

[srydberg at zeus ~]$ echo $SSH_AUTH_SOCK
/tmp/keyring-KXX3Aw/ssh
[srydberg at zeus tmp]$ sudo rm -rf keyring-KXX3Aw/

Maybe the keys are cached there?
