[Bug 676132] [NEW] can not create maverick VMs on maverick

The maverick version can not create maverick VMs.

TEST CASE:
1. install ubuntu-vm-builder
2. run sudo "ubuntu-vm-builder kvm maverick
3. verify that this fails

4. install ubuntu-vm-builder from maverick-proposed
5. repeat step 2
6. verify that it works this time
