There's a lot more going wrong here.

For starters:

That's the first thing failing. Afterwards there are a lot of messages like this:
dpkg: warning: files list file for package `pptp-linux' missing, assuming package has no files currently installed.

Surely, this isn't a bug for libapache2-mod-php5, but something else is
wrong.
