A bug's status reflects whether the issue is fixed in whichever version
of Ubuntu is currently in development, so the correct status of this bug
is indeed Fix Released. However, if you want this bug fixed in Hardy as
well, you can nominate it for backport to Hardy, and this effort will
then be tracked separately.
