[Bug 580454] [NEW] qemu-ifup script stops libvirt 'ethernet' interface machines from starting.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: qemu-kvm

qemu-kvm assumes that a bridge exists (/etc/qemu-ifup doesn't check if
the bridge exists before adding an interface to it.) and that the user
will always want the interface added to it.

This is not necessarily the case and causes properly defined machines
via libvirt to fail with a cryptic error.
