Huh, I got the lucid php5 package patched with fpm.

This one should be far better than dotdeb's since it has all the ubuntu
patches plus fpm.

Checkout my PPA:
https://edge.launchpad.net/~sushkov/+archive/personal/+packages

Now It can be back-ported to hardy or older versions.
