Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: squid

I have squid on my localhost. Each time a network interface changes
(e.g. WLAN interruption) I have to manually restart squid to use it.

In Hardy Heron, changing networking setting didn't affect the squid
connection.

In Karmic Koala, I had a similar issue. But I solved it by installing
bind. Thus after changing DNS settings, bind handled it.

But on Lucid, I have to restart manually.
