Relevant error:

Entferne mysql-server-5.1 ...
 * Stopping MySQL database server mysqld
   ...fail!
invoke-rc.d: initscript mysql, action "stop" failed.

It seems that the mysql server was running though:

Could you check if there is an init script for mysql in /etc/init.d/
(there shouldn't be any)?
