fcgid_module is about /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_fcgid.so, not
mod_fastcgi.so.

libapache2-mod-fcgid installs both /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/fcgid.load
and /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_fcgid.so, so this is consistent. I
suspect you removed libapache2-mod-fcgid from your system while your
configuration still makes use of /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/fcgid.load.
To fix it, you should reinstall libapache2-mod-fcgid (or completely
switch to using fastcgi instead).
