[Bug 595855] [NEW] proxying SSL throws errors

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

We're using mod_proxy to proxy from our internal  to our external
webserver (both apache2)

When proxying https:// traffic, we occasionally get:

by setting

ProxyBadHeader Ignore

this can be made to work, which results in:

The machine we're proxying to is:
