[Bug 611102] [NEW] mysqld does not start due to typo in upstart config

Public bug reported:

There is a missing space in the mysql upstart config file that is
preventing mysql from starting at boot (regression in 5.1.41-3ubuntu12.4
and 5.1.41-3ubuntu12.5).
