I expected my usp to work with mgeops-psp. ;)

4)
- After rebooting mgeops-psp tells me "communication failure". upsdrvctl start tells me that it wasn't possible to chdir to /var/run/nut. So I have to mkdir /var/run/nut and change the rights.
- When there is finally communication with the ups (mge pulsar es 8+) the battery status is given totally wrong (-1%) and after switching off the power for the ups this is noticed but no shutdown happens.
