[Bug 604129] [NEW] Mailman's python path should include dist-packages

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mailman

Mailman doesn't include /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages in the
PYTHONPATH. So if we have extensions that load python module installed
by apt or maybe easyinstall, those modules can't be imported.

We discovered this bug after an upgrade from 8.04LTS to 10.04LTS.

/usr/lib/mailman/scripts/path.py
/usr/lib/mailman/bin/path.py
/usr/lib/mailman/cron/path.py
