[Bug 600687] [NEW] [maverick] Regression: nodes.list is ignored by CC

Maverick alpha2 testing
NC autoregisters correctly, but the CC ignores the IPs in /var/lib/eucalyptus/nodes.list, so it's never started up.
Adding the node to NODES= in /etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.conf works around that.
