[Bug 514110] [NEW] SFTP failure - kubuntu - KDE4.4 RC2

Public bug reported:

Platform Version 4.3.95 (KDE 4.3.95 (KDE 4.4 RC2))

Package Konqueror 4.4.3.95 and others.

SFTP fails on some, but not all,  servers using public/private key
authentication with the following error:

 kex error : did not find one of algos aes256-cbc,aes192-cbc,aes128-cbc
,blowfish-cbc,3des-cbc in list aes128-ctr,aes256-ctr,arcfour256,arcfour
for encryption client->server

SFTP from a shell (konsole)  works just fine.
