Hi,

to make it easier for admins to use a existing squid cache to also cache apt-get operations I would
like to add a example refresh_pattern for deb packages. Please see 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SquidDebProxy for some more background.

I will attach a debdiff that adds it to the example config.
