Sorry, my mistake, the dep was not needed anymore since vm-builder had
recently been fixed to use the guest's grub instead of the host's.

vm-builder (0.11.3-0ubuntu5) lucid; urgency=low

  * Drop grub dependency; vm-builder was actually fixed to install grub in the
    guest instead while I wasn't looking; sorry for the confusion.
