[Bug 450777] Re: upstart scripts expect cloud/cc/sc/walrus all on the same system

Dustin,  I am having trouble getting Walrus to start on a standalone
machine.  Before I found this bug report, I wondered if it had something
to do with boot order.  If this bug is fixed in the Eucalyptus version
1.6-devel, do yo have any idea why this might not work?
