@Dustin: I think with the "and" you hit the same issue ("The Upstart
Bug", to quote slangasek) than I do in the publication scripts when I
try to "start on (started ssh and started avahi-daemon)". You'd have to
start libvirt-bin again if you want eucalyptus-nc to get it.
