[Bug 526461] [NEW] UEC installer no longer proposes CLC+Walrus+CC+SC by default

Public bug reported:

Doing a manual 20100223.1 ISO (eucalyptus 1.6.2-0ubuntu3) install.
The installer used to propose by default CLC+Walrus+CC+SC if it doesn't detect anything installed. Now nothing is selected.
