Hello Arnaud, thanks for taking the time to file this bug report and
work with us to make Ubuntu better.

This problem happened because mysql wasn't running when you started the
upgrade. Please try starting mysql and then finishing the upgrade with

sudo apt-get -f install

Closing as Invalid.
