Thanks for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

The logs show that the bind9 configuration failed because of:

adduser: `/usr/sbin/useradd -d /var/cache/bind -g bind -s /bin/false -u
116 bind' devolvió el código de error 1. Saliendo.


Could you show the results of
    grep bind /etc/group
    grep bind /etc/passwd
    grep 116 /etc/passwd
?
