Public bug reported:
exactly this: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=28071
This seems to have been committed to upstream 5.1.38, but somehow the
ubuntu client/server 5.1.49 expose the same problem. Using Maverick for
client and server (running locally).
example:
ameyer at x:~/Projects/Sql$ mysqlimport --local --compress --default-character-set=utf8 --delete -u root -px dbx Range.txt
mysqlimport: Error: 1064, You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Range' at line 1, when using table: Range
