Error messages I'm getting are:

Dec 10 13:02:24 10.0.0.22 ntpd[24572]: bind() fd 25, family 10, port 123, scope 4, addr fe80::230:48ff:fec6:6c3c, in6_is_addr_multicast=0 flags=0x11 fails: Cannot assign requested address
Dec 10 13:02:24 10.0.0.22 ntpd[24572]: unable to create socket on bond0 (547) for fe80::230:48ff:fec6:6c3c#123

and 
Dec 10 13:02:24 10.0.0.22 ntpd[24572]: failed to initialize interface for address fe80::230:48ff:fec6:6c3c


They're about every 5 minutes, e.g.
