[Bug 686044] [NEW] default httpd.conf (blank) causes server name error

Binary package hint: apache2

The default /etc/apache2/httpd.conf file is blank. When starting the
apache server, this causes the error "Could not reliably determine the
server's fully qualified domain name". The solution is to put a
ServerName entry in the httpd.conf file. For users that just need to
serve local application pages (such as Mythweb) the solution is
"ServerName localhost". I think this entry should be in the default
httpd.conf file.

At one point I was also able to get the following error messages:
error: error accessing /var/log/apache2: No such file or directory
error: apache2:1 glob failed for /var/log/apache2/*.log
error: found error in /var/log/apache2/*.log , skipping
error: apache2:11 lines must begin with a keyword or a filename (possibly in double quotes)
error: apache2:12 missing end of line
error: stat of reload failed: No such file or directory
error: stat of > failed: No such file or directory
error: stat of fi failed: No such file or directory
error: stat of endscript failed: No such file or directory
error: stat of } failed: No such file or directory

I don't remember how I got those error messages, whether I enabled some
verbose output, etc. but it seemed to me that having a blank httpd.conf
file caused some undesired parsing errors...
