It looks as if you've made some configuration changes to bind9 (possibly
running chroot'ed) that are causing the app armour profile to fail when
bind9 is [re]started.

Apparmour failures.
Note, that the app armour profile for bind9 does allow access to
/var/lib/bind/** but not to /var/lib/named.
If you believe this is still a bug in the package, as opposed to a local
configuration issue, or have suggestions on how it could better be
handled, please provide information and set the status back to 'New'.
