This looks to me more like something that's seriously wrong with your
system rather than a problem with the package:

    Setting up libkadm5clnt6 (1.7dfsg~beta3-1ubuntu0.6) ...
    dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute installed post-installation script: Exec format error

The postinst script for that particular package should be just a regular
shell script.  That sounds like disk corruption or some similar problem
which is making the postinst script look like a corrupt binary.
