Thanks for reporting this bug and helping to make ubuntu better.  The
package upgrade attempted to stop mysql but failed, and asked you to
try stopping it and then re-try the upgrade.  I don't know why it would have
failed, but can you try rebooting, then doing

	stop mysql
	apt-get upgrade

and see if that succeeds?
