I've solved the issue by moving share from /home/techtonik/Downloads/shared to /home/techtonik/shared
It was written somewhere that access rights somehow depend on parent path. It would be nice if system warned about such parent permissions when sharing directory - the same way it warns about permissions on the folder itself.
