Public bug reported:

The linux-ec2 package is installed by vmbuilder when building for ec2.

This package is no longer needed due to John's work on making -virtual
suitable for -ec2 on (https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec
/kernel-maverick-pv-ops-ec2-kernel).

We should remove it from the images.
