Ran two sequences, one before and one after aplying the packages in
-proposed. Both of them are logged in lp:~hggdh2/+junk/uec-
qa/lucid/proposed/euca-1.6.2-0ubuntu30.1.

No OOM on the after-maintenance run, on a 2,000 instances run. No new
errors. Fix verified.
